Abstract: As an extension of social network public opinion, college network public opinion has an important impact on college students' thoughts. Internet public opinion in colleges and universities is the sum of emotions, attitudes, views and opinions held by college students to all kinds of public affairs. It has the characteristics of freedom of participants, diversity of content structure, instantaneous burst of public opinion and immature appeal mode. internet public opinion in colleges and universities has both positive and negative effects on Ideological and political education of college students. The influence of public opinion on the ideological and political education of college students should be improved from the aspects of occupying the public opinion position, improving the monitoring mechanism, and improving the ideological and political team.
