摘要: 该文主要介绍了实训平台建设中的五种创新机制,即校企共建共管共享机制、校企协同育人体制机制、实训平台协同创新与激励补偿机制、校企人员互兼互聘机制、实训平台建设质量评估与协调联动机制。并总结了构建的建设运行机制运行到实训平台建设过程中,在专业建设、师资队伍、人才培养、科技服务等方面取得的实践效果,同时对实训平台的未来发展进行了展望,可为同类高职院校建设实训平台提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the five mechanisms of innovation in the construction of training platform, which are school enterprise joint management and sharing mechanism, school enterprise coordinated education system mechanism, training platform collaborative innovation and incentive compensation mechanism, school enterprise personnel mutual and mutual employment mechanism, training platform construction quality evaluation and coordination linkage mechanism, and summarizes the operation mechanism of the construction to the training platform in the process of construction, the practical effects in the aspects of professional construction, teaching staff, personnel training, science and technology services. And talking about the future development of the training platform is prospected. It can provide reference for the same kind of Vocational Colleges in the process of building training platform.
