医学创新思维与TRIZ创新方法应用研究

摘要: 针对医药类高职和本科院校在创新创业教育方面存在的八个问题,寻找出解决问题的8种方式和路径。以医学创新思维与TRIZ创新方法统领,对两类院校的创新创业教育的方式方法进行系统集成并进行应用和实践。经过三年的研究和实践,两校在创新创业课程建设、大学生创新创业能力的提升、创新创业师资的培育、大学生创新创业竞赛、与医学专业教育结合、产教融合和服务大湾区社会经济等方面取得了丰硕的成果。研究和实践表明,以医学创新思维与TRIZ创新方法引领和指导医药类高校的创新创业教育,走专创融合、产教融合、本职协同和服务地方社会经济是"双创"教育的一条有效的方式和路径,彰显了广州特色。

Abstract: In this paper, eight problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical higher vocational and undergraduate colleges are studied, and eight ways and paths to solve the problems are found out. Under the guidance of medical innovative thinking and TRIZ innovation method, the innovation and entrepreneurship education methods of the two types of colleges and universities are systematically integrated and applied. After three years of research and practice, the two universities have made great achievements in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum, the improvement of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers, the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship competition, the combination of medical professional education and the service of Dawan district's social economy. Research and practice show that medical innovation thinking and TRIZ innovation method lead and guide the innovation and entrepreneurship education of medical colleges and universities, and take the integration of specialty and innovation, production and education, cooperation of own duty and service of local social economy is an effective way and path of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, which highlights the characteristics of Guangzhou.
