新课程背景下全科型小学教师培养的思考

摘要: 新课程背景下对全科型小学教师培养的思考具有积极意义。该文分析了新课程背景下全科型小学教师培养的必要性,介绍新课程背景下全科型小学教师培养面临的困境,最后指出新课程背景下,全科型小学教师培养需打好全科型教师培养基础、科学构建小学教师培养教学体系,内化全科型教师培养计划、创新课堂教学模式,推动全科型小学教师培养工作进程、增强小学教师研究水平,更好地培养全科型小学教师团队,满足新课程发展需要。

Abstract: This paper first analyzes the necessity of general subject primary school teachers training under the new curriculum background, then introduces the difficulties faced by general subject primary school teachers training under the new curriculum background. Finally, from training a high level of primary school teachers team, lay a good foundation for general-practice teachers training, scientific construction of primary school teachers training teaching system, internalization of general-practice teachers training plan, innovation of classroom teaching model, promote the general-practice primary school teachers training process, enhance the research level of primary school teachers, and then better train the general subject primary school teachers team to meet the needs of the new curriculum development.
