摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在课程思政的背景下,高职院校辅导员承担着育人职责。高校辅导员教育管理工作中,学生管理工作非常重要,也是教育领域面临的重要议题。新时期,作为人才培养的重要引导者,高职院校辅导员的育人能力,对高职院校学生培养状态有一定的影响。基于此,针对课程思政视域下高职辅导员育人能力提高路径等相关问题,该文进行了简单地论述。

Abstract: In the context of Ideological and political curriculum, vocational college counselors bear the responsibility of educating people. In the educational management of college counselors, student management is very important, and it is also an important issue in the field of education. In the new era, as an important guide of talent cultivation, the cultivation ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges has a certain impact on the cultivation state of students in higher vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper briefly discusses the ways to improve the educational ability of higher vocational counselors from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics.
