现代学徒制下高职院校实践课程教学模式的探索与研究—以《工程测量》为例

Exploration and Research on the Teaching Mode of Practical Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges under Modern Apprenticeship— Taking "Engineering Survey" as An Example

摘要: 现代学徒制是当前职业教育领域的研究重点,是加快发展现代职业教育任务的一项重要举措,对完善职业教育人才培养模式体系、深化产教融合平台,都具有深刻意义。高职院校实施现代学徒制需结合自身实际探索出具体的模式。该文以《工程测量》课程为例,对高职院校实践课程教学模式的改革进行了探讨,从课程改革、师资队伍、校企合作三个方面探讨了满足现代学徒制要求的实践课程教学模式的构建思路与方法。并结合我校实际提出了组建工作室、项目化情境教学、课程考核制定等一系列具体的实施方法。

Abstract: Modern apprenticeships are currently the focus of research in the field of vocational education, and an important measure to accelerate the development of the mission of modern vocational education, has a profound meaning. The implementation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges should explore a specific model in light of its own reality. This paper focuses on the reform of teaching mode of practical courses in higher vocational colleges, taking engineering survey course as an example, this paper probes into the construction ideas and methods of the practical curriculum teaching mode which meets the requirements of modern apprenticeship system from three aspects of curriculum reform, teaching staff, and cooperation between schools and enterprises, combined with the reality of our school, it puts forward some concrete implementation methods, such as the establishment of workshops, project-based situational teaching, curriculum assessment and so on.
