摘要: 在社会对创新型人才需求增加的时代背景下,以"互联网 +"为载体培养学生创新能力、竞赛能力、自主学习能力,从实验室管理的网络化、实时性、仪器共享、开放预约、安全管理、效益评估等多方面入手,对开放式实验室的功能进行分析,建立起一套完整的开放式实验室综合管理和服务体系,提出促进"互联网+"大学生创新创业人才培养的开放式实验室管理人员聘用制度,建立智能化开放、科技资源共享平台和实验信息归档等管理措施和评价体系。

Abstract: Under the background of high demand for innovative talents in the society, with "Internet plus" as a carrier to cultivate students' innovative ability, competition ability, independent learning ability as the core, from the laboratory management of the network, real-time, sharing of the instrument, open booking, security management, performance evaluation and so on, to do functional analysis of open laboratory, set up a complete set of integrated management of open laboratory and service system, put forward to promote college students' innovative undertaking "Internet plus " talents cultivation of open laboratory management personnel recruitment system, the management measures and evaluation system such as intelligent opening, science and technology resource sharing platform and experiment information archiving shall be established.
