我国中小学阶段田径课程内容优化的策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Content Optimization of Track and Field Course in Primary and Middle Schools in China

摘要: “田径运动”作为“运动之母”,是所有运动项目的基础,在学校体育教学中处于主导地位,其作用可见一斑。然而,当前诸多研究表明学生喜欢体育,但是不喜欢上体育课,就是因为体育课的内容设计没能真正吸引学生。该文就如何使我国田径课程内容科学化、系统化展开论述,提出以下策略:(1)应着重强调田径课的价值;(2)内容应符合年龄特征;(3)突出田径课内容的趣味性;(4)强化师资队伍建设;(5)强调学校、家庭、社会教育一体化。

Abstract: As the mother of sports, track and field is the basis of all sports events. It plays a dominant role in school physical education.However, many studies have shown that students like physical education, but they don't like physical education because the content design of physical education can't really attract students. This paper discusses how to make the track and field course content scientific and systematic, and puts forward the following strategies: (1) the value of track and field course should be emphasized; (2) the content should conform to the age characteristics; (3) the interest of track and field course should be highlighted; (4) the construction of teaching staff should be strengthened; (5) the integration of school, family and social education should be emphasized.
