摘要: 借助创新创业、校企合作等实践教学模式,可鼓励地方本科院校学生参加各类专业实践活动,不断提高地方院校本科大学生的创新精神和综合素质。该文分析了地方应用型本科院校选聘双师型教师对优化教师队伍的必要性之后,构建了地方本科院校师资队伍建设评价体系;再分别以各评价指标作为影响公因子,明确地方应用型院校的教师队伍建设成效的评价步骤;最后以实际案例,分析影响地方应用型院校教师队伍建设成效的关键因子。该项研究有助于促进地方应用型本科院校的长远发展,更好地适应地方经济产业结构不断调整的需要,还可为研究地方本科院校全方位、全过程、深融合的创新教育模式,探索新形势下地方本科院校应用型教育模式的实际成效提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract: With the help of innovation and entrepreneurship, school enterprise cooperation and other practical teaching modes, local undergraduate college students can be encouraged to participate in various professional practice activities, and continuously improve their innovative spirit and comprehensive quality. This paper analyzes the necessity of selecting double qualified teachers in Local Application-oriented Universities to optimize the teaching staff, and then constructs the evaluation system for the construction of teaching staff in local undergraduate colleges. Then, each evaluation index is used as a common factor to determine the evaluation steps of the effectiveness of the construction of the teaching staff in Local Application-oriented Colleges. Finally, it analyzes the key factors that affect the effectiveness of Local Application-oriented Colleges and universities. This research will help to promote the long-term development of Local Application-oriented Universities, better adapt to the needs of local economic and industrial structure adjustment, and provide reference and reference for the study of all-round, whole process and deep integration of innovative education mode of local undergraduate colleges and universities, and explore the actual effect of the Application-oriented Education Mode of Local Undergraduate Colleges under the new situation.
