摘要: 普通本科院校在高等教育普及化的阶段中处于“进退两难”的尴尬地位,伯顿·克拉克在《建立创业型大学:组织转型的途径》中提出创业型大学的概念,并概括出传统大学转型的五大核心要素。依据克拉克教授的创业型大学思想,普通院校可着力于深化办学理念、改革制度体系、提高科研能力以及拓宽经费渠道进行转型,变被动依赖为主动适应,实现从传统大学向创业型大学转型。

Abstract: Ordinary undergraduate colleges are in an awkward position of "dilemma" in the popularization of higher education. Burton Clark put forward the concept of Entrepreneurial University in the establishment of Entrepreneurial University: ways of organizational transformation, and summarized the five core elements of traditional university transformation. According to Professor Clark's idea of Entrepreneurial University, ordinary colleges and universities can focus on deepening the concept of running a school, reforming the system system, improving scientific research ability and broadening funding channels to transform from passive dependence to active adaptation, so as to realize the transformation from traditional university to entrepreneurial university.
