摘要: 在新常态及“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,我国的经济发展对高校创新创业教育工作提出了更高的要求,2020年毕业季,大学生就业难问题更显得尤为突出,这种情况倒逼了高校重视创业促进就业的作用,凸显了创新创业师资能力提升的重要性,一支高质量的创新创业教育师资队伍是提升创新创业教育效果的基础。探索与北京志恒教育科技有限公司合作的研究模式,借助该公司平台对师资能力提升路径做深度研究。该文详细分析了创新创业教育师资目前存在的问题,并提出了创新创业师资能力的提升路径。

Abstract: Under the background of the new normal and "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", China's economic development has put forward higher requirements for innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities. In the graduation season of 2020, the employment problem of college students is particularly prominent. This situation forces colleges and universities to pay attention to the role of entrepreneurship to promote employment, highlighting the importance of improving the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers, a high-quality innovation The teaching staff of entrepreneurship education is the basis to improve the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Explore the research mode of cooperation with Beijing Zhiheng Education Technology Co., Ltd., and conduct in-depth research on the path of improving teachers' ability with the help of the company's platform. This paper analyzes the existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers in detail, and puts forward the path to improve the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers.
