摘要: 专业学位研究生培养存在“与学术型研究生培养同质化严重、工程实践基地推广建设乏力、课题研究内容与企业实际需求脱节”等问题。如何有效推动专业学位研究生培养模式的改革,做好“把论文写在祖国大地上”的人才培养工作成为高等院校亟待解决的难题。该文以浙江理工大学新昌研究生联合培养基地为例,从改革思路、培养举措、改革成效、推广效果等方面探讨了“政产学研用”五位一体深度融合的研究培养模式改革的可行性。

Abstract: There are some problems in the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates, such as serious homogenization with academic postgraduates, weak promotion and construction of engineering practice base, and disjointed research contents from the actual needs of enterprises. How to effectively promote the reform of professional degree postgraduate training mode and do a good job of "writing papers on the land of the motherland" has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities to solve. Taking Xinchang postgraduate joint training base of Zhejiang University of science and technology as an example, this paper discusses the feasibility of the reform of the research and training mode of the five in one deep integration of "government, industry, University, research and application" from the aspects of reform ideas, training measures, reform effect and promotion effect.
