摘要: 目前,高校传统专业教育思想观念“重理论、轻实践”和“重可行、轻创新”的人才培养困境仍然未找到行之有效的解决方法和手段。该文基于解决复杂工程问题的数学建模思维方法,以创新实践型专业人才培养模式为目的,利用“互联网+”线上线下混合型的教学手段,开展创新能力培养实践模式的探索性教学和实践,进行“全学年全年级:理论-实验-实践-检验”一体化、持续连贯地培养创新能力培养的实践训练,形成 “多阶段、模块化、问题驱动、多学科、教学科研相融合”的创新型人才培养实践模式,强化实践育人环节,提高实践教学质量,提升教师创新创业教学能力,全面推进素质教育,教学效果良好。

Abstract: At present, there are still no effective solutions to the talent cultivation dilemma of "emphasizing theory, ignoring practice" and "emphasizing feasibility, ignoring innovation" in traditional professional education ideology in colleges and universities. Based on the thinking method of mathematical modeling to solve complex engineering problems, this paper carries out exploratory teaching and practice of innovative ability cultivation practice mode with the purpose of innovative and practical professional talent cultivation mode, and carries out "The whole academic year and grade: Theory - the experiment - practice - check "integration, sustained coherent practical training to cultivate the innovative ability training, formed" multi-stage, modular, issues, drivers, multidisciplinary, integration of teaching and research, "the innovative talent training mode of effective practice, strengthening practical education, improve teaching effect and improve teachers' teaching ability, innovative undertaking effectively boost all-round quality education and achieves good teaching effect.
