Abstract: At present, the global industrialization has entered a new development period, in order to make sure our products have advantages in the world, and get more economic benefits, we must put forward More and more demanding for China's economic development and industrial transformation. Among them, the way of integrating the spirit of craftsman into the talent training mode is one of the requirements that must be formulated in the current higher vocational education, as well as one of the needs for higher vocational students to face the society and realize self-improvement.Under the new situation, there are still great problems in the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education in China.Therefore, it is necessary to put forward certain reform strategies in accordance with relevant talent training objectives and advanced training methods, change the training methods of higher vocational colleges by cultivating and carrying forward the spirit of craftsman, and provide multi-channel training strategies so as to fully combine school-enterprise cooperation, professional classroom and other methods.In this way, vocational students with high quality can be created based on the training mode of craftsman spirit, so as to improve their professional quality and work ability, and provide a talent foundation for China's further development.
