摘要: 为建设创新型国家,推动我国经济新发展,国务院提出“大众创业、万众创新”的战略举措。高校作为人才培养的主战场,积极响应国家政策,大力开展双创教育。高校双创教育是否取得成功,师资队伍的培养是关键。培养高校师资队伍是各高校双创教育工作的重中之重。该文对现有的师资队伍培养模式进行深刻剖析,对高校进行双创教育师资队伍的建设提出对策与建议,力求达到优化高校双创教育师资队伍培养模式的目的。

Abstract: In order to build an innovative country and promote the new development of China's economy, the State Council put forward the strategic measures of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation". As the main battlefield of personnel training, colleges and universities actively respond to national policies and vigorously carry out mass entrepreneurship and innovation education. The cultivation of teachers is the key to the success of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" education in Colleges and universities. Training teachers is the most important task in the work of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in Colleges and universities. This paper makes a deep analysis of the existing teaching staff training mode, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the teaching staff of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in Colleges and universities, so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the training mode of the teaching staff of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in Colleges and universities.
