摘要: 该研究对工科高校创新型人才培养的现状进行了分析思考,从课堂体系、教学改革、实践能力、科研反哺和学科竞赛五个方面对“学科竞赛引领,多层分块反馈”实践创新能力培养模式进行了阐述。实践证明,这一模式能够有效调动学生的主观能动性,有效提高学生的创新实践能力,对工科高校学生实践创新能力培养具有重要作用。

Abstract: This study analyzes the current situation of innovative talents training in engineering colleges and universities, and expounds the practical innovation ability training mode of "Taking Subject Competition as the Traction, Feedback in Multi-layer Block " from five aspects of classroom system, teaching reform, practical ability, scientific research feedback and discipline competition. Practice has proved that the first mock exam can effectively mobilize students' subjective initiative and effectively improve their innovative and practical ability, which is of great importance to the cultivation of practical innovation ability of engineering college students.
