摘要: 大学本科生学业导师制的提出由来已久,它是在大学高等教育原有班主任制度、辅导员制度的基础上逐步发展并得以广泛推广的一种新时代的培养制度和管理模式。这种模式在国外高校的实施已相对成熟,而在国内还处于探索和研究阶段。大学本科生学业导师与班主任、辅导员等不同管理和培养模式的协同运作,将更加有利于新时代大学生的培养,学业导师制的实践研究有助于不同高校广泛推广这一辅助人才培养和管理模式。

Abstract: The academic tutor system for undergraduates has been put forward for a long time. It is a new training system and management mode gradually developed and widely promoted on the basis of the original class teacher system and counselor system in higher education. This mode has been relatively mature in foreign universities, but it is still in the stage of exploration and research in China. The cooperative operation of different management and training modes, such as academic tutor, head teacher and counselor, will be more conducive to the cultivation of college students in the new era. The practical research on the academic tutor system will help different colleges and universities to widely promote this auxiliary talent training and management mode.
