Abstract: China's entrepreneurship education started late. So far, the success rate of ordinary college graduates is less than 5%, far lower than 20% of European and American universities. There is still a lot of room for progress. At the same time, affected by the epidemic situation, the employment pressure of college graduates has increased sharply, and the employment situation is grim. In order to solve the problem of low success rate of entrepreneurship of college graduates in China, and to alleviate the employment pressure of graduates during the epidemic period, this paper discusses the possibility of building a training system of innovation and entrepreneurship talents, building an entrepreneurial base and improving the quality of entrepreneurial projects under the background of new engineering It can be used for reference for colleges and universities, especially for engineering universities.
