摘要: 随着我国文化产业的深入发展,对高素质应用型人才的需求更加迫切,相较之下,我国应用型高校文化产业管理专业人才培养与产业发展脱节。根据产业发展对人才的需求现实,以能力本位为基础,提出“文本教学”+“工作室制”的教学范式,分别从课堂教学与实践教学环节对传统教学范式进行改良和创新。

Abstract: With the in-depth development of China's cultural industry, the demand for high-quality application-oriented talents is more urgent. In contrast, the cultivation of talents majoring in cultural industry management in applied universities is out of touch with the industrial development. According to the demand of industry development for talents, based on the ability standard, this paper puts forward the teaching paradigm of "text teaching" + "studio system", and improves and innovates the traditional teaching paradigm from the aspects of classroom teaching and practical teaching.
