摘要: 随着我国科学技术的深入发展,社会各行各业之间的竞争已经逐步转化为人才之间的竞争,传统的劳动密集型产业也逐步向着技术密集型产业转化,本科院校需要响应国家号召,不断创新传统教学模式,把培养应用型技术人才,构建完善的、符合时代发展的人才培养体系作为新时代的教学目标。该文首先阐述了现阶段高校应用型人才培养的重要性,然后分析了目前培养模式的缺陷,最后尝试构建了完善的培养体系,以期能够给相关机构或研究提供一定的借鉴作用,促进高校应用型人才培养模式的不断优化。

Abstract: With the in-depth development of science and technology in our country, the competition between all walks of life in society has gradually transformed into competition between talents, and traditional labor-intensive industries have gradually transformed into technology-intensive industries. Undergraduate colleges and universities need to respond to the call of the country and gradually Improving the traditional teaching model, training applied technical talents, and constructing a perfect talent training system in line with the development of the times is the teaching goal of the new era. The article first expounds the importance of application-oriented talent training in colleges and universities at this stage, then analyzes the shortcomings of the current training model, and finally tries to build a perfect training system, hoping to provide a reference for related institutions or similar research and promote the continuous optimization of the training mode of applied talents in colleges and universities.
