Abstract: Higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission of transporting vocational skilled talents for the country. In the process of training vocational skilled talents, vocational colleges should follow the development law of modern vocational education, change the training mode, update the education concept, and enhance the ability of vocational education to serve the society. Based on the school enterprise cooperation carried out by Zhengzhou Yellow River nursing vocational college, this paper discusses the influencing factors of Vocational Students' professional quality, and puts forward a series of countermeasures, so as to provide ideas for deepening the reform of vocational education.
