摘要: 发展型资助不但可确保经济困难学生不因经济原因辍学,又能聚焦学生的发展性需求,致力学生的全面成长成才。该文具体分析了发展型资助与中医院校相融合的必要性,指出中医院校资助育人工作中存在的困境,提出构建具有中医院校特色的资助育人模式的路径,以中医药文化教育活动熏陶和引导、搭建中医药文化教育实践平台、依托大数据精准识别,实现精准帮扶,以提高资助育人成效。

Abstract: Development-oriented financial aid not only ensures that students with financial difficulties do not drop out of school for economic reasons, but also focuses on students' developmental needs and contributes to their all-round development. This paper analyzes the necessity of the integration of the development-oriented funding and the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine, points out the current difficulties in the work of subsidizing and educating people in the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine, and puts forward the path of constructing the characteristic mode of subsidizing and educating people in the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine, we should cultivate and guide the activities of traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Education, set up the practice platform of traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Education, rely on the big data accurate identification, realize accurate help, in order to improve the effect of subsidizing and educating people.
