摘要/Abstract

摘要： 创业胜任力是创业的核心能力,大学生创业对缓解就业压力具有重要意义,如何提高大学生的创业胜任力,是目前亟须解决的社会问题。通过剖析创业胜任力的研究概念及维度,总结国内以及国外如美国、英国、新加坡等国的创业胜任力教育现状,从而对我国高校开展创业胜任力教育提供一些思路,并对未来在创业课程设置以及政策资金帮扶方面提出展望。

Abstract: Entrepreneurial competence is the core competence of entrepreneurship. College students' entrepreneurship is of great significance to alleviate employment. How to improve college students' entrepreneurial competence is an urgent social problem. By analyzing the research concepts and dimensions of entrepreneurial competence, and summarizing the current situation of entrepreneurial competence education in domestic and foreign countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, etc. This paper provides some ideas for the development of entrepreneurial competence education in colleges and universities in China, and puts forward some prospects for the future in terms of entrepreneurial curriculum and policy funding assistance.
