摘要: 开放教育是指学生和教师、学生和教育机构之间利用先进的计算机网络和多种媒体技术进行教学活动的教育形式。开放教育重视教学过程,教学形式由传统的以教师教为主,转变为以学生的自主学习为中心,取消和突破了种种对学习的限制和障碍,最大限度地开放学习空间和时间,创造学生自主学习和个别化学习的良好环境和条件。开放教育是当今世界教育领域一种全新的教育形式,它在人才培养模式中迈出了革命性的一步,为最终实现教育的社会化、教育的终身化构建了平台。

Abstract: Open education refers to students and teachers, students and educational institutions between the use of advanced computer network and a variety of media technology for teaching activities in the form of education. Open education attaches great importance to the process of teaching, and the teaching form has changed from the traditional teacher-oriented to the student-independent learning as the center. It cancels and breaks through all kinds of restrictions and obstacles to learning, maximizes the opening of learning space and time, and creates a good environment and conditions for students to learn independently and individually. Open education is a new education form in the field of education in today's world. It has taken a revolutionary step in the mode of talent cultivation and built a platform for the socialization and lifelong education.
