Abstract: The personnel training mode of optometry technology specialty is not only an important development direction of the current educational system reform of our university, but also the overall requirements and objectives put forward in the implementation plan of national vocational education reform. This paper focuses on the connotation construction of school-enterprise cooperation of optometry technology specialty.It constructs the long-term management and operation mechanism of "school-enterprise cooperation" platform .It also innovates talent training scheme and reconstructs the curriculum system and practical teaching system. This paper studies the "dual education" personnel training mode of "integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation", and comprehensively cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.
