摘要/Abstract

摘要： 当前我国大学生就业创业总体形势严峻,但党和政府群策群力扶持大学生就业创业,大学生就业创业机遇与挑战并存。该研究基于人力资本理论视角,力图通过深入分析大学生就业创业能力及现状,强调以内因为根本,通过多种策略优配大学生人力资本,以期促进大学生就业创业能力有效自我提升。

关键词: 人力资本理论, 就业创业能力, 自我提升

Abstract: At present, the overall situation of college students'employment and entrepreneurship in China is grim, but the party and the government make concerted efforts to support college students' employment and entrepreneurship, and college students' employment and entrepreneurship opportunities and challenges coexist. Based on the perspective of human capital theory, this study tries to deeply analyze the employment and entrepreneurship ability and current situation of college students, emphasize the internal cause, and optimize college students' human capital through a variety of strategies, in order to promote the effective selfimprovement of college students' employment and entrepreneurship ability.
