“三评两绩”系统对高职高专医学院校基层教学组织教学效果的影响

The Influence of "Three Evaluation and Two Achievements" System on the Teaching Effect of Basic Level Teaching Organization in Higher Vocational Medical Colleges

摘要: 目的探讨“三评两绩”系统对高职高专医学院校基层教学组织教学效果的影响。方法选择我校2019-2020第一学年2018级专科护理学生共843名,作为观察组;同时选择我校2018-2019年第一学年2017级专科护理学生共821名,作为对照组。参与2019-2020年第一学年2018级专科护理教学和2018-2019年第一学年2017级专科护理药理学教学分别为相同的5位教师,均为药理学基层教学组织成员。考查对照组和观察组期中和期末成绩。结果观察组期中成绩分数和期末成绩分数分别高于对照组的期中考试成绩分数及期末考试成绩分数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“三评两绩”系统对高职高专医学院校基层教学组织的教学效果有显著促进作用,有助于提高组织成员的教学效果和所教学生学习成绩,值得借鉴。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the influence of three evaluation and two achievements system on the teaching effect of basic teaching organization in medical colleges. MethodsA total of 843 nursing students of grade 2018 in the first academic year of 2019-2020 were selected as the observation group, and 821 nursing students of grade 2017 in the first academic year of 2018-2019 were selected as the control group. There were five teachers who participated in the first academic year of 2019-2020 and grade 2017 of nursing pharmacology in the first academic year of 2018-2019. They were all members of the grassroots teaching organization of pharmacology. The mid and final scores of the control group and the observation group were examined. ResultsThe mid-term score and final score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). ConclusionThe three evaluation and two performance system has a significant role in promoting the teaching effect of basic teaching organizations in higher vocational medical colleges. It is helpful to improve the teaching effect of the organization members and the learning achievements of the students taught.
