On the Path Research of Craftsman Spirit Integrating into the Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational Students

摘要: 高等职业教育是培育“大国工匠”的重要载体。将工匠精神培育融入高职思想政治教育既有助于提高高职思想政治教育水平,也有利于强化思政教育的育人功能,提高高职学生人才培养质量。该文通过发挥课堂教学的“主渠道”阵地作用,融入工匠精神;发挥教师“主力军”作用,做“工匠之师”;营造具有工匠精神的良好校园氛围;加强校企合作,强化学生社会实践途径研究,力图在高职学生思政教育中融入工匠精神。

Abstract: Higher vocational education is an important carrier for cultivating "Great country craftsmen". Integrating the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit into higher vocational ideological and political education not only helps to improve the level of higher vocational ideological and political education, but also helps to strengthen the educating function of ideological and political education and improve the quality of vocational student talent training. This article integrates the spirit of craftsmanship by playing the role of the “main channel” of classroom teaching; playing the role of teachers as the “main force” of teachers to be the “teacher of craftsman”; creating a good campus atmosphere with craftsman spirit; strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and strengthening student social practice path research, trying to incorporate the craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political education of higher vocational students.
