高校就业工作治理体系建设的路径探究

摘要: 就业是最大的民生工程。我国的就业形势日趋严峻,对逐年递增的高校毕业生影响尤为显著。为了稳定大学生就业,国家相继出台多项支持就业的政策,从中央到地方,从企业到高校,从教师到家庭,“三位一体”协同联动。该文探究提升高校就业工作治理能力现代化的优化路径,依据专业特色,立足人才培养方案,因地制宜优化就业创业举措,进而稳定就业。

Abstract: Employment is the largest livelihood project. In order to achieve high quality and full employment, the state strongly supports employment priority strategy and positive employment strategy. The employment situation in China is becoming more and more severe, which has a significant impact on the increasing number of college graduates. In order to stabilize the employment of college students, from the central to the local, from enterprises to universities, from teachers to families, the "Trinity" is coordinated and linked. This paper explores the optimization path to improve the modernization of the employment management ability of colleges and universities, and according to the professional characteristics, based on the talent training program, and the local conditions, the employment and entrepreneurship measures are optimized, and then the employment can be stabilized.
