高校创新创业教育满意度的影响因素及提升策略研究——以上海市应用型本科院校为例

摘要: 大学生对创新创业教育的满意度是衡量教学效果的重要指标。该文以上海市应用型本科院校为例,利用二元Logistic模型对高校创新创业教育的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究表明,大学生对创新创业教育的满意度受课程建设、师资力量、实践平台等的影响。因此,要提高学生对创新创业教育的满意度,需要进一步提升创新创业课程质量、加强教师的教育教学能力建设、优化实践平台,切实培养和提高学生创新创业的意识和能力。

Abstract: The satisfaction level of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an indicator for evaluating the quality of college education. Based on the data from survey of undergraduate in 10 colleges in shanghai, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the influential factors of entrepreneurship education in colleges by using binary logistic model. The research shows that curriculum construction, teaching staffs, practice platforms and policies atmosphere all positively influence college students' satisfaction with innovation and entrepreneurship education. To improve students' satisfaction with innovation and entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to further promote the quality of entrepreneurship courses, improve teachers’ qualities, optimize the practice platforms, and create a good policy climate, so as to guarantee students' core needs for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
