摘要/Abstract

摘要： 国务院颁布的《中国制造2025》指出,制造强国是我国奋斗的战略目标,但制造不能缺少“匠心”,即“工匠精神”。以习近平总书记“工匠精神”的内涵概括为纲,深入理解新时代医学生的“工匠精神”,探索“求精”“敬业”“创新”“以恒”协同培育路径与举措。路径选择即“全员与单体间”“全程与阶段”“全方位与点位面”的协同选择尝试,效能举措是“效力发挥”“评价机制”“方法探索”三者有机结合,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦培育具有“工匠精神”的新时代医学生。

Abstract: The "Made in China 2025" issued by the State Council points out that manufacturing power is the strategic goal of China, but manufacturing cannot lack "craftsmanship", that is, "craftsmanship spirit". The connotation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "craftsman spirit" is summarized as the outline, and the "craftsman spirit" of medical students in the new era is extended to understand, and the research paths and measures of the collaborative cultivation of "refinement", "dedication", "innovation" and "persistence" are explored. Path selection refers to the collaborative selection attempt of "between the whole staff and the individual", "the whole process and the stage", "all directions and the point plane". Efficiency measures are to find the organic combination of "effectiveness play", "evaluation mechanism" and "method exploration", so as to cultivate medical students with "craftsman spirit" in the new era for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
