摘要: 学科交叉融合是“大学科”时代知识创新发展的重要特征,也是培养本科拔尖创新人才的基本途径。该文对国内外高校实施学科交叉融合培养拔尖创新人才的改革实践进行了探讨。我国高校通过设置交叉学科专业与课程、加强综合性科研创新活动、实施辅修制、实行书院制管理、加强国际交流合作等举措,在学科交叉融合培养拔尖创新人才方面也开展了积极探索与实践,但还需要在思想观念上树立“大学科”意识,通过体制机制创新、加强资源整合、创新培养模式,促进交叉融合。

Abstract: Interdisciplinary integration is not only an important feature of knowledge innovation and development in the era of complex-subjects, but also a basic way to cultivate tip-top innovative talents. This paper discusses the reform practice of cultivating tip-top innovative talents with implementing interdisciplinary integration. Through setting interdisciplinary majors and courses, strengthening comprehensive scientific research and innovation activities, implementing minor system, implementing academy system management and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation, China's colleges and universities have also carried out active exploration and practice in cultivating tip-top innovative talents through interdisciplinary integration, but they also need to establish the concept of " complex-subjects ", innovate systems and mechanisms, strengthen resource integration, innovate training mode to promote cross integration.
