摘要： 从全国高校毕业生严峻的就业形势出发,分析大学生开展创新创业的必要性,从江苏省大学生在历届全国“互联网+”大赛中的表现入手,了解省内大学生创新创业发展现状,由发展现状剖析其中存在的问题,针对省内大学生创新创业教育中高校资源不平衡、实践能力较低、融资渠道、政策体系不完善的问题,从国家、江苏省、社会、高校及个人五个层面提出了提升对策,紧抓大学生创新创业这个重要突破口,进一步为江苏省大学生创新创业营造良好环境。

Abstract: Starting from the severe employment situation of college graduates in China, this paper analyzes the necessity of college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship. Starting from the performance of college students in Jiangsu Province in the previous national Internet plus competition, it understands the current situation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in Jiangsu Province, and analyzes the existing problems from the current situation. In order to solve the problems of low practical ability, imperfect financing channels and policy system, this paper puts forward countermeasures from five aspects of the country, Jiangsu Province, society, universities and individuals, and pays close attention to the important breakthrough of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, so as to further create a good environment for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in Jiangsu Province.
