产教融合背景下职业院校教师发展探析

摘要: 走产教融合道路是高等教育转型发展的必然,深化产教融合是解决企业人才需求与学校人才供给脱节问题的有效途径,教师队伍水平是职业院校核心办学条件及发展能力之一。该文对产教融合背景下职业院校教师发展进行分析,对教师素质培养及职业发展进行探讨,为深化产教融合、多元协同育人,在师资队伍建设中探索有效做法,从而提升职业教育办学水平。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is inevitable for the transformation and development of higher education. Deepening the integration of industry and education is an effective way to solve the problem of disconnection between enterprise talent demand and school talent supply. The level of teacher team is one of the core abilities of running a school and developing vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the development of teachers in vocational colleges under the background of the integration of industry and education, discusses the cultivation of teachers' quality and career development, and explores effective methods for deepening the integration of production and education, multiple collaborative education in the construction of teaching staff, so as to improve the level of vocational education.
