摘要: 随着我国研究生教育改革和发展的不断深入,国家对高层次应用型人才培养工作的重视程度越来越高,在此背景下,各种形式的校企合作研究生联合培养基地(工作站)应运而生,各高校也纷纷开展了专业学位研究生的培养模式、评价机制的探索。该文以在山东希成农业机械科技有限公司联合培养基地(工作站)实践经历为背景,从研究生联合培养基地提高了专业理论与实际相结合的能力、缩短了研究课题选题的迷茫期、提高了试验与科研成果产出、锻炼了社会活动能力、缩短毕业工作的适应期等方面进行了阐述,论证了对提高研究生实践创新能力和职业能力的显著效果。

Abstract: With the deepening of the reform and development of post-graduate education in China, the training of high-level and applied talents was more and more attention. In this context, the various forms of joint post-graduate training base were built by school-enterprise cooperation, and the training mode and evaluation mechanism of professional degree graduate students was explored by universities. Based on the experience of joint training base(workstation) of Shandong Xicheng Agricultural Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., the author explains the joint training base can help post-graduate improve the ability of combining professional theory and practice, shorten the confused period of research topic selection, improve the output of experiment and scientific research results, exercise the ability of social activities., shorten the adaptation period of work after graduation, and the author also demonstrate the joint training base has remarkable effect on improving the practical innovation ability and professional ability of graduate students.
