摘要: 为了进一步促进高新技术的发展,提升国家和产业的创造力,我国大力培育集成电路的创新创业人才。高校作为人才培育的主要场所,需要革新培养模式,探索新的培养与实践道路。该文从人才培养的要求、目标、困境等方面出发,分析现有的人才培养问题,并对集成电路的人才培养模式创新提供了一些合理建议。

Abstract: In order to further promote the development of high-tech and enhance the creativity of the country and industry, China is now vigorously cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents for integrated circuits. As the main battlefield for talent cultivation, colleges and universities need to innovate the cultivation model and explore new cultivation and practice paths. This article analyzes the existing talent training problems from the requirements, goals, and difficulties of talent training, and provides some reasonable suggestions for the innovation of integrated circuit talent training models.
