Abstract: An indispensable and important factor in positive psychology is the positive psychological quality. The cultivation of the positive psychological quality of contemporary college students can not only contribute to the healthy and comprehensive development of their body and mind, so that the effectiveness of their ideological and political education can be effectively improved, but also help to fully integrate the relevant resources that can promote the all-round development of college students, so as to lay a solid foundation for them to enter the society. In the process of cultivating college students' positive psychological qualities from the perspective of positive psychology, we should not only construct a sound external support and maintenance system, but also ensure that the internal resources of college students' positive psychological qualities are constantly enriched.
