Abstract: In the new era, the difficulty and low employment rate of college students are still the key problems we are facing. College graduates are the main part of our country's talent pool, and they are the youth group full of vigor and vitality. Through the study of the important content of Ideological and political education, this paper analyzes the key role of Ideological and political education in the promotion of college students' employability, and studies how to play the positive traction function of Ideological and political education in employment, which has far-reaching guiding value to help college students understand the employment situation, establish a correct concept of employment, and improve their anti frustration ability in employment.
