摘要: 医学物理学为近代放射治疗的发展做出了巨大的贡献,医学物理师更是放射治疗临床和科研的关键岗位。我国已向“精确放疗”时代迈进,先进的放疗技术对医学物理师的专业能力提出了更高的要求。根据现代放疗临床需求,分析国内医学物理本科专业现有教学模式存在的问题,结合广东省中医院在医学物理专业建设方面的经验,提出并实施了一系列教学改革举措,探索创新复合型医学物理人才培养模式,取得良好的教学效果。

Abstract: Medical physics has made great contributions to the development of modern radiotherapy, and medical physicists are the key positions in clinical and scientific research of radiotherapy. China has stepped into the era of "precision radiotherapy", and advanced radiotherapy technology has put forward higher requirements for the professional ability of medical physicists. The problems of teaching model in the medical physics undergraduate education were analyzed according to the requirements of modern radiation therapy. A series of teaching reforms were proposed combining with the experience of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine in medical physics specialty education. The education mode was developed in innovative medical physics talents training, obtaining good teaching effect.
