应用型本科院校专业结构发展现状及调整优化——基于江苏省8所应用型本科院校的实证分析

摘要: 面对日益突出的专业人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧结构性错位问题,构建一套契合我国经济发展需求的专业结构调整机制已成为我国应用型本科高等院校的共识。江苏省8所应用型本科院校在发展过程中,工科专业结构呈现出专业类涵盖面广、专业种数少、新兴专业增长快等特点,存在着部分高校工科特征不明显、专业设置重复度高、品牌专业支撑区域支柱产业发展特征不明显、品牌专业与重点学科匹配度不高等问题。江苏省应用型本科院校需协调新兴专业与传统优势学科专业之间的关系,构建产教深度融合的专业评价体系,建立与地方产业发展相协调的特色优势专业,推进学科与专业一体化建设。

Abstract: In the face of the increasingly prominent problem of structural dislocation between the supply side and the industrial demand side of professional talent training, it has become the consensus of China's application-oriented colleges to build a set of specialty structure adjustment mechanism to meet the needs of China's economic development. The specialty structure of eight application-oriented engineering colleges in Jiangsu Province shows the characteristics of wide coverage of specialty, few kinds of specialty and rapid growth of emerging specialty. There are some problems, such as the characteristics of colleges are not obvious, the repetition of specialty setting is high, the development of brand specialty supporting pillar industry is not obvious, and the brand specialty does not match with key disciplines. Application oriented universities in Jiangsu Province need to coordinate the relationship between emerging majors and traditional majors, build a dynamic adjustment mechanism to adapt to the change of industrial structure, establish a professional group to coordinate with industrial development, and strengthen the integration of disciplines and majors.
