实践育人指导高校创新创业教育及人才培养研究——以中北大学“新动力梦工厂”创新实践平台为例

摘要: 高校创新创业教育具有很强的实践性。打造创新创业应用型人才,实践是至关重要的一环,其不但符合国家创新发展的总体战略、帮助推动高校创新创业教育改革,更高度契合学生的个人发展需求。该文从“实践育人”的角度切入创新创业人才培养,分析了创新创业实践仍然存在的不足,以中北大学“新动力梦工厂”创新实践平台为例,提出从创新创业价值引领、丰富创新创业活动载体、优化创新创业师资配置和推动政校企资源开放共享四个方面来拓展创新创业教育实践范畴,构筑实践育人体系。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is highly practical. Practice is a crucial part of creating innovative and entrepreneurial applied talents. It not only conforms to the overall national innovation and development strategy, helps promote innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in universities, and more closely meets the personal development needs of students. The article cuts into the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents from the perspective of "practical education", and analyzes the still existing shortcomings of innovation and entrepreneurship practice. Taking the "New Power DreamWorks" innovation practice platform of North University of China as an example, which proposes to expand the scope of innovation and entrepreneurship education practice from four aspects such as leading innovation and entrepreneurship value; enriching the carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship activities; optimizing the allocation of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers; promoting the open sharing of government, school and enterprise resources, so that can build a practical education system.
