Abstract: The employability of college students is a comprehensive and developmental concept. The cultivation and promotion of employability is affected by many factors. Among them, the process of talent training in colleges and universities is an important factor, and innovation and entrepreneurship education is particularly critical in this process. This article points out that innovation and entrepreneurship education focuses on curriculum settings, teacher training, social practice, and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, with the purpose of improving the cultivation and promotion of college students' employability. In addition, it also puts forward the ways to improve the effects of college innovation and entrepreneurship education in the future.
