《管理学》实施课程思政教学改革的思考

摘要: 课程思政是我国高等教育在教学体系改革中的一次重大突破创新,其目标是充分挖掘各类专业课的思想政治教育元素,把思想政治教育贯穿于学校教育的全过程、课堂教学的主渠道,让有形的知识传授和无形的价值引领有机统一,在润物细无声中实现立德树人根本任务。《管理学》作为经管类专业的基础类必修课程,教学内容广泛,是进行课程思政的主要阵地。该文以《管理学》课程为例,通过阐述《管理学》课程思政教育的内涵,梳理出《管理学》课程思政的教学改革现状以及在实施课程思政中存在的主要问题,提出了《管理学》课程思政教学改革的思路。

Abstract: "Curriculum ideological and political" is a major breakthrough innovation in the reform of the teaching system of higher education in our country. Its goal is to fully excavate the ideological and political education elements of various professional courses, and to integrate ideological and political education throughout the entire process of school education and the main role of classroom teaching. Channels allow the transmission of tangible knowledge and the intangible value to lead the organic unity, and realize the fundamental task of cultivating people by moisturizing things silently. "Management", as a basic compulsory course for economics and management majors, has a wide range of teaching and is the main position for curriculum ideological and political. This article takes the course of "Management" as an example, through explaining the connotation of the ideological and political education of the "Management" course, sorts out the current situation of the ideological and political teaching reform of the "Management" course and the main problems existing in the implementation of the course ideological and political, and puts forward the Thoughts on the reform of ideological and political teaching in the course of Management.
