Abstract: Today's society is an era of rapid development of information, which puts forward higher standards and requirements for the cultivation of college students' innovation ability and comprehensive quality ability. The traditional training mode has been unable to meet the needs of contemporary society. In order to adapt to the development of the times, we must find some effective methods to cultivate talents in the new era. Through a series of teaching reform in the experimental center, this paper mainly introduces several effective methods and measures to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine resources and development in agricultural colleges. Practice has proved that these measures are feasible and effective, and achieved good results.
