摘要: 该文针对目前国内集成电路人才匮乏的现状,总结现有集成电路方向研究生培养在培养方向、课程体系、实践平台、培养体制与培养方案等方面存在的不足。从培养方案优化、创新能力培养、实践教学模式改革、实践平台共建、构建多维度导师团队和针对性培养人才等方面,探索产学研模式下集成电路人才培养机制的可行策略,并提出了进一步完善集成电路人才培养机制的思路。

Abstract: In view of the current situation of lack of IC talents in China, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the current IC direction graduate training in the aspects of training direction, curriculum system, practice platform, training system and training scheme. From six aspects, such as optimization of training scheme, cultivation of innovative ability, reform of practical teaching mode, co construction of practice platform, construction of multi-dimensional tutor team and targeted training of talents, this paper explores the feasible strategies of integrated circuit talent training mechanism under the mode of production, learning and research, and puts forward the idea of further improving the training mechanism of IC talents.
