EGS职业标准下“126”育训合一人才培养模式探索

Research on the “126”Education and Training Coordination Talents Cultivation Mode Based on EGS Professional Standards

摘要: 国家启动“1+X”证书制度促进产教深度融合,我校电子信息专业针对产教融合不够深入等问题,引入德国仪器和系统电子技术工职业标准,以立德树人为一条主线,嵌入社会主义核心价值观等德育教育和EGS职业标准两个要求,构建本土化特色的分层、分阶段“育训合一”的电子信息专业人才培养体系,并通过教学内容、教师团队、教学场所、教学方法、教学资源、教学考核六个方面的教学改革确保人才培养模式的可实施性。

关键词: 德国仪器和系统电子技术工(EGS), 立德树人, 育训合一, 六教改革

Abstract: To promote integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, the “diploma plus certificates” system is proposed. The EGS professional standards are introduced in the electronic information technology in our school to solve the problem of shallow integration with enterprises. Take “moral education” as the main line, embed “core values of Chinese socialism value” and “EGS professional standards”, the “education and training coordination” talents cultivation system of electronic information technology with multi-level and phased implementation is constructed. To ensure the feasibility of the talents cultivation mode, the education reforms of teaching content, the teachers' team、teaching place, teaching method, teaching resources、teaching assessment are all presented.
