工程训练课堂教学模式改革与创新实践研究

摘要: 在高等学校人才培养计划中,工程训练这项教学环节在培养学生的动手操作能力以及锻炼创新思维方面发挥着重要的作用,与此同时也会对学生的就业和未来发展产生一定的影响。旧的工程训练课堂存在着教学理念不科学、模式单一、内容不合理、仪器设备陈旧等问题。但随着科技的进步和教育模式体系的更新,为了紧跟时代发展脚步,最大限度满足学生的学习要求以及社会对复合型创新人才的需求,加快工程训练课堂教学模式改革与创新实践研究已是迫在眉睫。该文结合太原理工大学工程训练中心实际情况,从工程训练课堂教学现状分析、改革重要举措及实践成效这三方面阐述教学模式的改革与创新实践研究。

Abstract: In the talent training plan of colleges and universities, engineering training plays an important role in training students' practical operation ability and training innovative thinking. At the same time, it will also have a certain impact on students' employment and future development. In the old engineering training class, there are some problems, such as unscientific teaching idea, single mode, unreasonable content, obsolete equipment and so on. But with the progress of science and technology and the renewal of education mode system, in order to keep pace with the development of the times, to meet the learning requirements of students and the needs of the society for compound innovative talents to the greatest extent, it is imperative to speed up the reform of engineering training classroom teaching mode and innovation practice research, and finally realize the leap of engineering training classroom teaching quality. Combined with the actual situation of the engineering training center of Taiyuan University of Technology, this paper expounds the reform and innovation of teaching mode from three aspects: the analysis of the current situation of engineering training classroom teaching, important reform measures and practical results.
