摘要: 研究生教育的核心是科研创新能力的培养,建设以科学研究为主要任务的研究生学术共同体,是培养研究生创新能力和提升科学研究水平的重要途径。研究生学术共同体建设是提升研究生科技创新能力,不断深入研究生教育改革的有效路径。基于学术共同体视角,探讨其组织形式、构建路径,并通过整合校内和校际的研究生团队、校内外的导师团队等学术资源,加强交流与合作,探索校内外科研力量结合的交互路径,为提升高层次中医药人才科研创新能力提供新思路。

Abstract: The core of graduate education is the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability. Building a graduate academic community with scientific research as the main task is an important way to cultivate graduate innovation ability and improve scientific research level. The construction of academic community is an effective way to promote the reform of postgraduate education and enhance the innovation ability of postgraduate science and technology. Based on the perspective of academic community, this paper discusses its organizational form and construction path, and by integrating academic resources such as internal and external tutor teams, internal and external graduate teams, strengthens communication and cooperation, and explores the interactive path of combining internal and external scientific research forces, so as to provide new ideas for improving the scientific research and innovation ability of high-level TCM talents.
