摘要: 课堂教学作为教学的基本形式和载体,直接影响教学目标、授课质量和育人效果。因此,认真组织好课堂教学,精心设计并讲好每一次课,是对教师最基本的要求。课堂教学准备包括明确教学目的,确定教学内容,选择教学方法等。该文从课堂教学前的准备和课堂教学的组织实施两方面详细探究了课堂教学中应关注的重点问题,有利于青年教师进一步提高教学能力和教学水平。

Abstract: Classroom teaching, as the basic form and carrier of teaching, directly affects the teaching objectives, teaching quality and education effect. Therefore, it is the most basic requirement for teachers to organize classroom teaching carefully, design and speak each lesson carefully. Preparation for classroom teaching includes clarifying teaching objectives, determining teaching contents and selecting teaching methods. This paper probes into the key issues that should be paid attention to in classroom teaching from two aspects of preparation before classroom teaching and organization and implementation, which is helpful for young teachers to further improve their teaching ability and teaching level.
