摘要: 产教融合、产学研合作协同育人为专业人才培养提供了新途径,通过产学研合作,校企协同人才培养,创新人才培养模式,培养实用型人才。高校的人才培养目标、产学研的培养目标与“双创”型人才的培养目标三者相结合,通过功能和资源的优势互补,实现人才培养的精英化、社会效益的最大化。该文从产学研的视角分析“双创”教育的人才培养模式、人才培养途径以及对创新创业人才培养的评价体系等问题进行深入分析与探讨。对于培养体系的完善、打造新工科创新创业教育模式及人才培养目标的理念及途径优化具有重要意义。

Abstract: The integration of industry and research and the cooperation of industry and university provide a new idea for the cultivation of professional talents. Through industry university cooperation, school enterprise cooperation in talent training, innovative talent training mode to cultivate practical talents. The goal of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities, the goal of production, teaching and research, and the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship are combined, and through the complementary advantages of functions and resources, to realize the elitism of talent training and the maximization of social benefits.From the perspective of industry university research, this paper analyzes the talent training mode, talent training approach and evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education.It is of great significance for the improvement of the training system, the creation of new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship education mode, and the optimization of talent training objectives and approaches.
